School Resource Officers (SROs)
School resource officers are Deputies, or Posse members who have specific training in the area of enforcing crime in our school system. These Sheriff's Office staff members understand their objective is not hauling every kid to jail, or using force on children. Their duty is squarely the protection and safety of students. If a crime occurs, that crime will be investigated with a fair and legal solution will occur. These Deputies know their impact is strongly felt in the schools and and care deeply about their mission.
If you have questions, comments or concerns, please reach out to me, Sheriff Hogan. I will be pleased to help.
