We understand there are many, many reasons you may not want to go to a law enforcement agency. It can be dangerous if suspects witness you there. We understand the fears of being seen as a snitch, or it maybe as simple as you have to get to work may keep you from filing a formal report. Disclaimer #2: A tip is NOT considered quality intelligence. Because it is very often abused. All information WILL HAVE TO BE independently verified. Which means we may not get the results you are expecting. Or it may not be what you think it is. Or it may not be something we have authority to act on at that time. If you give us a tip, we will investigate and if possible, we will ensure a legal and quality conviction if there is a crime we can detect.
